    For most of my life, the GOP denounced each Democratic candidate as being to the left of Ted Kennedy. I anticipate that whatever Democratic centrist gets the nomination next year will be denounced as being to the left of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

    I love , and I enjoy the current version with , but the moment of Zen was called that because it was a bit of reality that was unintentionally humorously insightful. I enjoy the constructed joke at the end of the show, but it is not a moment of Zen.

    John tells Jane that Ken is going to pay for Jane's sandwich, so Jane doesn't have to. Ken says, I'm not paying. Jane says, then I don't want it. John tells Jane that she does want it and will have to pay, but that Ken is actually paying by participating in the economy.
