    So forum-shopped his legal advisors, who uniformly told him that ignoring a Supreme Court ruling was clearly illegal? Then he went to , a shameless partisan hack masquerading as a legal scholar, who blessed it? This is an impeachable offense.

    The advice in this instance is incredible for its sheer mendacity. Laurence Tribe reportedly assured Biden that this could work since it technically would be a new order, even though it is based on the same unconstitutional claim...
