No critical thinking skills? The disagreement would b harmful if he disagreed with keeping him in prone for 9 minutes w/ a knee to the neck. The disagreement is more conservative approach. Prone position only to cuff him and move him. So, no harm to the case at all.

To borrow some Biden zeitgeist, cmon man. Stiger’s testimony, if believed, is fatal to the prosecution anyway. They might as well put on a contradictory expert. Seriously...walk me through the decision tree of a juror where this testimony is worse than Stiger alone. Not possible
