The public health endangerment was committed by the store manager because they tried to leave. We know this because the manager locked the door to keep them in, not to keep them out. You can’t even buy a mask right now that will actually work—I know, I tried.

Why I will never support all cops

I support the majority of the police but I think these officers showed bad judgement. The store manager who locked the people in the store should have been arrested as well b/c he committed an actual crime. I hope the people arrested have a medical exemption re mask wearing.
