    NBD here in , just the Supreme Court tied 5-5 in a vote whether to give former president Lula (found guilty of corruption) habeas corpus, thus defining if the front-runner can run for president next yr (+ avoiding prosecution via presidential privilege)

    Look at those hordes of migrants swarming to the border… in the '80s, '90s, and '00s. Today, not so much. And those that still are? About 4 in 10 last year were kids and families, most seeking protection here.

    This is just a straight up lie. The State Department has 92 vacant appointed positions. 26 of them (28%) are awaiting confirmation. 66 of them (72%) have not yet been nominated by Trump. He’s by far the main reason the vacancies exist.

    39% of my nominations, including Diplomats to foreign lands, have not been confirmed due to Democrat obstruction and delay. At this rate, it would take more than 7 years before I am allowed to have these great people start working. Never happened before. Disgraceful!
