This is not the first time during the World Cup I contacted them 2 weeks ago same issue. Not right it’s not the money it’s the principle. Refund your customers because of that. Otherwise drop your price and say you’re not a proper service.

And their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Chat not available, called the phone line and no one was available to speak with me, sent an email no response. Really disappointing.

@DIRECTV I'm not sure how this applies other than you just trolling. It's my right to complain to a service that failed me. I did not include you on my correspondence with them, so why are you here?
