    I'm not the only female journalist on here who gets stick most male colleagues don't. The 'over-emotional', 'educate yourself', 'think you missed the point' stuff designed to undermine. Criticism is good but often it's darker than that. A must read:

    Just had a hugely positive meeting with about making sure that wherever music gets played, its( right)creators get paid. There are viable, existing solutions to correct imbalance in Music, Music just needs to adopt accuracy, transparency & proportionality as new model.
