Every other one I've looked at had a great headline (like this one) but also didn't have any ACTUAL scandal in them.

There is no Play here. It's about someone donating to the Foundation. No "purchased" political action is even mentioned.

To look at pay for play, you have to look at a timeline of events with those involved, not just the donation.

What specifically shows the pay for play? This email says this person is donating $1M and would love to talk to Bill if possible.
