is this a case of "I want to be seen as the Samaritan by everyone even knowing that this won't happen"?
-
Apparently, standing for principle must be insincere because u can read minds.
-
and Assange lost his principals already a while ago. Wikileaks was totally different some years ago
-
No, you just liked leaks that supported your point of view. Assange has been consistent.
-
my point of view is that Clinton, Trump, China, Russia, USA and all of them do too much bad stuff. Problem is
-
Trump doesn't not do "bad stuff." He is a principled man with strong character. The media has brainwashed you.
-
come on man he lies just as much as Clinton does
-
Trump embellishes, which he was very open about. The bold face, literal, purgury is HC's bailiwick.

I'm livid knowing the US govt is so corrupt they'll imprison heroes, yet fail to hold
@HillaryClinton responsible for her crimes! -
Your head must be exploding hearing about Trump's crimes!!

Sticking by this?
-
I'd guess not, but 1 day in a US jail would be too much for
@wikileaks's Assange. He's been unjustly detained for years. -
You can't be unjustly detained when you're doing it to yourself...
-
not true that Assange is doing it to himself. The London police presence indicates he'd be arrested if he leaves.
-
He is where he is by choice and he can walk out whenever. That's doesn't count as time served.
-
Didn't suggest time served. He's committed no crime. Convicted of none. Political prisoner.
-
Why’d he (via Wikileaks) agree to turn himself in? Or does he believe he can choose his charge/venue?
-
To protect a source and selflessly attempt to correct an injustice.
