You also have to love the "strategist" saying that Biden shouldn't pick Warren because she "performed significantly under expectations" (as the second-to-last person to leave the race), so he should pick Harris (who went from a brief outright lead to flaming out in December)pic.twitter.com/yTMJnBC35U

Hillary was too qualified, too. What a weird critique.

They like Harris because she’s Milque toast, even though : “Harris performed terribly through the maelstrom of her own campaign.” They haven’t noticed that she’s a conniving careerist without principles who will slither around a 2424 race? Yeah integrity is if zero concern

I think you're far too harsh: "conniving careerist" is a term that could apply to literally any politician. And if you haven't noticed... Black women have to work 4x as hard for a fraction of the payout. Fwiw, I love Warren and voted for her, but Harris is also a solid choice.

Sounds familiar. The non-highlighted part there can and probably will be applied to any pick for whatever they can find.

The ability to concoct perverse alternate realities is obviously a key requirement for being a political consultant.

The problem with Warren is that she will overshadow *the man*. Well whose problem is that and why did y'all coalesce around him?

“too much octane for the tank” lol.
-
Yeah because a no octane choice worked out so well in 2016.
