    In the era of , it's important for survivors to focus on their mental health. Hearing and seeing it everywhere can be extremely overwhelming.

    Sexual Assault Awareness month, while amazingly informative and impactful, can be challenging for advocates, survivors and allies. Remember to take care of yourself.
