We'll begin deploying censorship circumvention in Signal over the next several weeks. Until then, Tor or a VPN can be used to access Signal.

@EngrAugi No, Orbot has an "Apps VPN" mode that can route any app over Tor, without requiring root / cc @whispersystems

@EngrAugi That said, only Signal messages (including picture and voice) will work over Tor, not Signal phone calls / cc @whispersystems
