Let's not forget...Pew Research found that of the fewer than 50 million US adults on Twitter only 6% of those Twitter users account for 73% of tweets about national politics. That means fewer than 1% of Americans are frequently weighing in about politics on this platform.

Once more into the chicken sandwich breach. This time we’re doing our latecomers: McDonald’s and KFC. And the Spicys. And some exotics.

This is Betty and Rhett. Rhett just wanted ONE toy to play with, but Betty got to them first. She always does this. 14/10 for Rhett, 13/10 for Betty

two goldens, rhett in the background looking distraught and barking, betty in the foreground holding what looks like 7 toys very proudly

I have a scrape and bruise on my shin. No memory of the incident that caused it. This happens regularly and it is deeply unnerving.

If the all caps didn’t give it away, this is a big deal. Democrats can now pick between Romney/Cotton or Hawley if they are serious about passing a nationally mandated wage increase.

This will have longterm and far reaching effects on our country, economy, and culture: "as many as three million children in the United States have missed all formal education, in-person or virtual, for almost a year."

This is what great journalism is: Following up on a story that too easily fit into an accepted narrative when it was first reported and revealing a more complex world where such simple narratives are rarely the whole story.

Something that so many of these types of stories have in common right now: “It’s a feature of elite academic institutions that faculty and students don’t recognize what it means to be elite.”

So unlike a certain poorly-worded joke, this is actually anti-Semitic & not remotely how Orthodox Judaism works! I get that lazy ethnic & religious stereotypes have been Hollywood's thing for decades but how hard is it to call up a Jew in 2021? Don't let this happen to your show.

Just be nicer. You have no idea what the person you are interacting with might be going through. Take issue if you want but do it with warmth and kindness.
