Without wanting to knock that service, there are at least three important differences: 1. Shorter 2. Language independent 3. No namespace collisions when searched (but also less memorable for English-speakers, so there's that)
1. Saying “Eight G C Two C M X R plus X six” is longer than “index home raft” when talking to a machine.
