What you mean is... "what3words does not charge emergency services to use the system.... yet". You can't provide any guarantees that it wouldn't change.
I love how the only bit you've addressed is the fact you don't currently charge emergency services. Not the fact that the location was wrong. Amazing.
Is this guaranteed ad infinitum, by contract? And what measures are in place to ensure continuity of service if your company fails?
