Because a) it's proprietary; b) it doesn't translate across languages; c) the company appears unstable and not dependable; d) our services have to PAY to gain access. Interesting and useful innovation; very poor social foundation for sustained public use.
what3words does not charge emergency service to use the system and our app is free for all to use.

OK, well that's one of four reasons off the list. It's still proprietary, doesn't translate, and the public appearance of your company doesn't appear sustainable. Public (and emergency) services should be working to open standards.
