Is there any reason for people NOT to use @what3words? It makes life so much easier. (Not on commission!)

Yes. Obvs if you don’t have the app, but the main key is that far more people haven’t heard of it than have heard of it, which limits its use. You can already ping your location via messaging off any smartphone. And when I have tried to use it on a call, long words can get lost

Agree - ambiguity from spelling, pronunciation, accents, homophones etc all cause problems
