I thought that for a while, but it's been pointed out that a) not good if solely owned by private co, b) If you make a small error you could end up A LONG way away, rather than next street, c) the words are western-centric, so imposing our words on other countries (bit colonial)

Good to hear about language updates and rationale on the similar words. I like it as a tool- just think you'd need some other check data if it were to be used for deliveries. There's a lot of redundancy in an address+postcode, but that helps error check.
