It is like this yes! However all we do is send you a text and once you accept the link it shares it with us, instead of the public having to get the three words themselves and do all the work, it is a lot faster process
We love @GoodSamApp. They have integrated what3words so the what3words address of the caller is also passed through to the call operator. This makes onward communication of the location easier.
