How do I start a campaign to get parcel delivery companies to use the
What 3 Words
address system?
We've only been here less than 2 months, and already had problems with two parcels.
One went to a completely wrong address, now @Hermesparcels won't believe our postcode!
Argh!
Hi Roger, you can add a what3words address to ‘my places’ in the @Hermesparcels app so that drivers know exactly where to leave your parcel

Well, I was excited to hear about the app accepting W3W addresses, but alas, it won't accept the W3W address. Once typed in, tapping 'Done' won't leave the W3W field. The only way to get the app to go anywhere requires tapping elsewhere, which loses the entered W3W address...

Ah, well, it took 7 or 8 attempts, but the app accepted my W3W address in the end. Now all I have to do is establish why the
@Hermesparcels web site won't accept my postcode. With or without a space, it won't accept our postcode, so even though we've a tracking code, can't track
