As an example imagine sending this WTW location over the radio http://Accept.piece.flowers without spelling each phonetically there is a real risk of mistakes being made.
1/2 what3words is not a substitute for good map reading skills and being well prepared when out and about. But it is proving a useful tool in the toolkit to help communicate location.

2/2 - We have removed homophones - peace/piece & flour/flower - & placed similar sounding words & plurals far apart so errors are obvious & so our system can suggest better combinations.
