So how does the app work exactly once downloaded? Are the 3 words always same or , choose your own or not ? Do you have to open the app up to enable emergency services to locate you or not ?
Hi Toby, what3words addresses are fixed and will never change. In an emergency situation you can open the app to discover your current what3words address, but if you don't have the app the emergency services using our tech can send you a link to discover your what3words address.
