@what3words my colleague is having trouble downloading your app on the App Store. Any issues at the moment?
Hi Kerri, thanks for letting us know. There are no reported issues on the App store. It may be worth checking the data connection? If your colleague is downloading to a work device, it may be that the device is restricted to only download apps that are allowed by the employer.

It’s a personal device and we already changed network connection. Will keep trying! I’ve got mine on my Apple Watch it works fabulously
