      Whatever "what three words" does when not active, it was reducing my phone battery life to 7 hours IDLE. Uninstalled , back to about 40 hours. Not ideal.

      Thanks for that post. My phone has been running down so fast recently and had installed ‘what3words’ some weeks ago. Have deleted it now and am crossing my fingers. 🤞🏻

      It's nonsensical a bit because just when you need your phone the battery would have been run down by the app supposed to help you!
