Anyone else using the @what3words app? Could be excellent for pinpointing exactly where the bird is. Example the Knot yesterday was at chops.reforming.slogans give it a try, the emergency services use it.

Not sure as rarely without a signal, and not since I have loaded the app.
@what3words should be able to answer.
Hey Amy - all you need is GPS signal, the app doesn't require data connection to work. You can even use what3words in Pocket Earth or Navmii for offline navigation
