The what3words app and mapsite are free for individuals and officers to use. To use what3words in their control room, services can use the mapsite or request an update to their control room software system from a 3rd party software company who've integrated our technology.
Thanks for clearing that up - have to say I have been amazed by the negativity towards W3W I have seen. Can you default the zoom level and map to something more useful on the website?
