Your website converts my actual address to my next-door neighbour's. Not a large error but given your 3mx3m grid, not what I would have expected.
Our website and app uses address information from Google Maps, which means that any search on what3words for a traditional address will ask Google where it thinks that place is on the map. Google Maps gets my address location correct, doesn't show it as my next-door neighbour, and doesn't label it in the 3-word search as "Grange Hill". I think your system is great but you might need to discuss your geo-location with Google. DM me if you want the details.
