The 3 word addresses themselves are fixed, so some factors around you may be impacting your GPS signal. Being indoors for instance, or surrounded by tall buildings/trees, can affect how accurately your device will track the signal.

Yup I realise the words are fixed, hence my confusion about it. I will try it in the middle of the garden in a bit and see if that makes a difference.
