Unlike earlier times I discovered today that w3w address does not open in Google Maps? Can you confirm that?
Boutique hotel chain @SINAHotels now provides its guests with 3 word addresses for all of its 11 locations in #Italy, meaning a hassle-free experience.

No, you can search for the 3 word address in the what3words app and then use the Navigate icon to use it in Google maps or your favourite navigation app.
