As far as I know, 3WA actually supports more than 20 different languages. Non-english speakers should have no problem using it as well
Our goal is for everyone to be able to use 3 word addresses in their preferred language, and we're currently working on a number of additional ones including Bahasa Malaysia, Hebrew, Romanian, and a number of South Asian languages including Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, and Tamil.
