After reading the blurb on their website/app about how fantastic an idea it was, I was a bit surprised they got it wrong. It might explain why I get the neighbours’ mail!
You hit the nail on the head in your first comment! When you enter a street addresses into the search bar (which uses Google address info) you don't get exactly the right spot. So you then find the 3 word address exactly as you say, by selecting your front door for more accuracy.
