Are there any Markdown editors or editor plugins (for Linux) that support inserting reference style links with a keyboard shortcut? It seems like a really basic feature but none I've tried so far support it.

Urgh why do I even bother trying editors other than Neovim. Reading the output of a shell command in Sublime requires a plugin… and it doesn't work, it always appends to the file instead of inserting at the cursor.
