Working on something similar here! Trying to reduce the amount of mediocre “SDK” I have to include in my firmware without sacrificing wifipic.twitter.com/3OyykBnuqB

Your post inspired me to pick up one of those inky phat displays. Been playing with that a bit today. Thanks for your awesome crate!

I was interested in doing the same for work RF devices. We use the cc1310 with the RF frontend. Would be interesting to try this out and know more about how to configure this. Any luck getting the sensor controller working w rust?

No haven’t tried to use the sensor controller. I think Tock works with CC1310, might be worth a look.https://github.com/helium/tock

That's really cool stuff! I wish I could virtually apprentice next to one of you people and dig more into embedded Rust!

It's not exactly the same, but I've been streaming my work building a wireless sensor node, you can check that out, and maybe join in the IRC chat next stream? I'm always happy to answer questions about what I'm doing and why!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0VI70nY6Vo&list=PLX44HkctSkTewrL9frlUz0yeKLKecebT1 …
