Ah awesome! Yeah when I saw the bug, I had a look into whether AppImage was writable. I saw discussion on their forums that it’s not, and that you should write into
$HOME somewhere. From there I wasn’t really sure of the convention, so I did a best guess :) -
I used the dirs crate for getting the home directory, which looks fairly similar to directories crate. Looks like they all have comparison charts as well.
