Getting DMs from others dealing with this, seeking help, but they can’t post publicly because their parents are on Twitter.

I wasn’t prepared for this role reversal of having to manage their social media consumption etc.

Can anyone recommend resources that have been helpful in coping with and managing their parents aging mentally and emotionally, becoming more world weary, cranky, etc.? Would be appreciated.
