If my #SteamDeck ever gets stolen, I’d like an option to report it and permanently change my boot and suspend videos to the entire Shrek movie series back to back.

This could be done as a standalone program pretty easily but the thief could just swap out the ssd/sdcard or reflash them to get around it pretty easily. I don't know if the deck has some other storage that takes boot priority that's harder to overwrite?

Maybe something that is baked into SteamOS that can’t be changed without the root password? It would require a Re-imaging which erases all your info too.
