I've created a video & write-up of how I programmed Tic-Tac-Toe for the Badger 2040 (based on the Pico microcontroller).
There's no circle in the display library so I created my own looking at different algorithms.

Looks great. I had to do the same thing for a CS class. I did anti-aliasing using a super sampling method as well which was really simple
