Our distributor has hit a processing backlog for orders to Canada, so folks in this region will see a (very) temporary pause on order emails. We're working on it, and are optimistic we can resume emails to Canada soon. This doesn't impact emails or shipments to other regions.

Paid Thursday September 15th..still waiting for my order to be shipped. What's amazing is I'm moving October 1st so now I'm not sure which house to send it to. Figured half a month would be plenty of time get it at my current address but seems maybe not.

Y’most of us ordered a year or more before we got our orders. Unfortunately one of the most sought after pieces of technology had computer chips which have suffered severe supply chain issues because of the pandemic. It’s not a customer service issue. They’d ship if they could.

You didn't pay more than $5 to make a reservation, some of us paid $900 and then got hit with a huge delay. It's bad practice to take a customer's money before actually shipping the thing.

You are absolutely correct. I'd be fuming if they took my money before they shipped. I was unaware that is what was happening to you all. I apologize.
