Nah. Depends on how you define the populations.

if you calculate it with two populations, they become a single population at that point, and if the environments are different, that changes the heritability too

Heritability doesn't necessarily mean what you think it does in these conversations. I am not the one to try to explain that, but I have had it painstakingly explained to me until I went "oh".
