Obscure question. I am writing about hereditarianism in the 1950s, focusing on Eysenck, Cattell and Burt. Eysenck and Cattell are both in the 2002 list of 100 most-cited psychologists; Burt is not. Was he disqualified, or am I wrong to expect he would be on it? See link below.

since when are Chomsky or Jensen psychologists? Sure their stuff is psychology-adjacent I guess (especially for Chomsky attacking behaviorism), but afaik neither of them have ever been considered "psychologists"?
I think their criteria was just “at least sometimes published in a psych journal” & “at least sometimes is cited in psych textbooks/articles”!

Why would this leave out Burt? He was certainly very widely published and cited in psych journals in his day.

I’m not trying to defend Jensen here, but he was a psychologist. His PhD was in psych and he taught in a psych department.
