Can you do delimited continuations too?
(that's a serious request, I don't get the relationship between them and monads quite well)

I'd rather answer OP's questions first, but I can go rather deeply into continuations from a few perspectives. My favorite so far is modeling a slightly weaker form of continuations as the Codensity monad of a functor, which is the right Kan extension of the functor along itself.
