I keep seeing folks declare that the future of work is remote. I see even startups have begun to treat this as a truism.
But doesn’t it also get cripplingly isolating? I don’t see folks talk about this enough. How do you have meaningful interactions outside your immediate team?

I'm a remote employee and I don't feel isolated. Also, I think it is healthy to have lots of socialization with people who aren't coworkers, and being remote allows for that pretty easily I think.
