The idea that getting less sleep and working more is what leads to success needs to stop. Not only is it bad for your overall health, but it's just not true.

The old idea that you can solve problems in your sleep more efficiently is absolutely true in my experience (and it's backed up anecdotally from geniuses like Jon Von Neumann and Albert Einstein, for what it's worth)
