Honest question. What typeface choice would you suggest for garden-variety business documents right now? All the usual choices seem terrible right now.

I mean, it's all pretty idiosyncratic, but I am a fan of Caslon, Garamond, Jenson, that sort of thing for formal writing of all sorts. They send off a "I care about good writing" vibe to me.pic.twitter.com/RtcMIASsQw

Love Adobe Caslon. Also Adobe Garamond. But Adobe Caslon is my favorite these days.

I'd just be happy to find a mono spaced font which distinguishes between O,0, i, I,1, j etc properly. One or two come close and then have a fruity looking g or some other wierdness

It may be too late, given that MS Office is a key vector. Calibri's been the default typeface in there for years now. Nothing left to do but take off and nuke the entire site from orbit - it's the only way to be sure.
