This is an interesting (if dark) hypothetical. They have several data centers, apparently, but many of them are in fairly large cities (e.g. Atlanta), so I don't know about their survival in countervalue.

Apparently a lot is in Ashburn, VA, a small city through which 70 percent of the world's Internet traffic passes, according to Wikipedia. If I were a Russian, would I target such a hub in a semi-major attack? Probably.
