But DPRK isn’t going to give up it’s nukes for a lollipop: it means the end of the alliance and the removal of US forces from the peninsula. At least. Hard for me not to see this as them trying to show the world (and ROK) that they are the more responsible party here. Maybe I'm reading too much into it!
