Makes me wonder if something classified or embarrassing (or both) somehow slipped through and forced an awkward recall. Which is stupid because, assuming it reappears, we can go line-by-line through both versions to see what changed. Or maybe this is just general incompetence.

Most of the NPR itself was incompetent in its logic and reasoning so I’m gonna vote option c or all of the above?
