@wellerstein I was wondering if I could ask you some questions about NUKEMAP? I built a (vastly inferior, kludgy) version of it in QGIS a few years ago before I knew it existed, to teach myself some scripting, wondering how I make the next step to actually coding it for the web?
Look into Javascript and whatever mapping API (Google Maps API, MapBox API, whatever) you would want to use to visualize (e.g., draw circles). Ultimately you want to make the data do something with a map, so you'll have to look into how that works — it differs for each API.
