@wellerstein What are the implications of a larger Hwasong 15 from a kiloton bomb perspective? Maybe everyone using NUKEMAP should take their bomb size to 600 kiloton. In five months he'll have the potential for several bombs. Maybe more than one gets by GMD (without decoys etc)
Could be same warhead size plus other things (anti-BMD stuff for example), could be they have another warhead in the works, I don't know.
