That is just the warheads. You would need much more to produce the missiles, subs, bombers, that might carry them. It's not happening.
Would not US military strategy call for a certain amount of warheads anyway, so 10x the number would just mean bombs with no targets?
All of the tactical/long-range are targetable, and when has the US ever stopped because a weapon was superfluous?
